Five Minutes For Books is hosting a monthly carnival concerning the books which are on your nightstand--the books in progress, up next, or coming up soon. I am, of course, late posting this month, but thought I would still join in the fun and cruise some other book blogger sites for more book ideas!! Because, gracious me, I certainly need me some more books!I am showing you a picture of the books that are next up on my want to read list. A couple of them are very chick-lity and I am hoping to get to one or two of them on our little mini-vacation later this month.
Hope you enjoy my pictures--they are even taken on my actual nightstand-(after a little cleaning/de-cluttering job, of course!)

I want to reread A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. I read it as a sophomore in high school, but I have always wanted to revisit it as an adult!
Those are beautiful books. They look great. I've read a couple of them, but the others look so inviting.
