A Summer Reading Challenge!

I have found a new Summer Reading Challenge, thanks to Kara at World According to Books. She left me a comment on Sunday saying she had just joined it too.

This challenge is being hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer Reads. Very low key and you can change the books on your list anytime you want or need to. Click the link and join too! You know you want to. :) Thanks Susan for hosting this.

Here is my list and as you can see I have already finished some of them as I began my summer reading as soon as I was done reading the books I had chosen for The Spring Reading Thing.

Mudbound-finished
Keeper and Kid-finished
The Elegance of the Hedgehog-finished
The Well and the Mine-finished

The Graveyard Book-finished

The Year of Fog-finished
Love Walked In-finished
The Governess

If You Lived Here-finished

The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes-finished

I do hope there is an Autumn challenge as I might be able to join in on that one. I just have too many other challenges to finish first. Also doing the Orange July challenge.

Thank you for mentioning my blog!!

And it's great that you decided to join the challenge. I only have a partial list up - hopefully I will do better than I did on the Spring Challenge - LOL

I think Molly's Summer Vacation Challenge will be all I can handle this summer, but I wanted to thank you for the package that came today! The books all look wonderful - it made my day!! Thanks, Kim.

JoAnn and Scrap Girl, lest you think better of my challenge capabilites than is warranted, I just want you to know that I only added books to the summer challenge that are on other challenge lists for me!

I have been thinking lately, and am torn between the joining challenges again next year, and just being free to read whatever I want--or at least cutting down on the number.

*smiles*
