Yellow!

If we have to do dishes, it might as well be enjoyable, right? -- -And having nice knit dishcloths goes a long way to bringing me enjoyment in the mundane! So, I am on a quest to knit at least 1 dishcloth every 2 weeks for 2012.

I finished my dishcloth for this week and am so pleased with it--easy pattern, bright sunny yarn and a nice dense finished object.

I used Lily's Sugar and Cream and the pattern is DW Darrell Waltrip Dishcloth. I took a close-up so you can see the detail of the pattern.

Yellow is as hard to photograph as red, at night when you don't have any natural light! This pattern was so quick and easy that I am sure there will be more of these in my future. They look fancy enough to be a sweet little gift too!

Enjoy!

  1. I love the DW pattern. Especially with varigated yarn as it breaks up the colors so nicely. Nice job and it is bright and cheery.
